Sibannac, Inc. owns 51% of Apollo Wellness Centers, Inc., a joint venture formed with Doc-Rx.com, LLC. Apollo starts with access to Doc-Rx's operating platform: telehealth, partner compounding pharmacies, peptides made in the U.S. from raw material to finished product, and health tracking, all for licensed professional use. Its main growth plan is to stand up wellness clinics under the Apollo Wellness Centers brand.

Through its majority stake, Sibannac controls a new business in medically supervised wellness care that does not have to build its foundation from scratch.
Sibannac owns 51% of Apollo Wellness Centers, Inc. That majority interest gives Sibannac the controlling position in the joint venture. Doc-Rx is Sibannac's partner in Apollo; Sibannac has not acquired Doc-Rx.
Apollo is built on the platform Doc-Rx already runs: secure telehealth for patients and clinicians, partner 503A compounding pharmacies, peptides made in the U.S. from raw material to finished product, and health tracking. All of it is for licensed professional use.
The joint venture agreement sets out how Apollo is to earn revenue. The venture begins with its business terms already in place, alongside a working platform.
Apollo expects its largest source of revenue to be standing up wellness clinics under the Apollo Wellness Centers brand. Each clinic would be owned by a licensed prescriber who licenses the Apollo Wellness Centers brand and orders through Doc-Rx. The model is intended to let the brand grow without the joint venture owning each location.
Doc-Rx works with partner compounding pharmacies that keep each step of making their peptides inside the United States. Apollo plans to supply its locations from that chain.
Documented, controlled manufacturing processes designed for batch consistency, traceability, and release discipline.
Synthesis, fill, and domestic dispatch — no overseas trans-shipment ambiguity. Built for licensed professionals who need clear U.S. provenance.
Produced under current Good Manufacturing Practice controls: batch records, process documentation, and quality oversight from synthesis through fill.
Each lot targets greater than 99% purity by HPLC analysis before it is released.
Identity and purity are verified by accredited laboratories in the United States. Independent analytics, not marketing claims alone.
Each production batch ships with a COA covering identity/purity verification so prescribers and clinics have lot-level documentation on file.
Scan the QR code on the vial to open the Certificate of Analysis for that exact batch — instant lot traceability at the point of care.
In development. The joint venture intends to add Apollo-branded products over time.
An Apollo line of U.S.-made peptide formulations.
Supplements developed to complement care at Apollo locations.
Specially formulated foods for use under the supervision of a physician.
Full telemedicine consults and asynchronous visits with licensed clinicians.
A holding company developing alternative wellness products and experiences, building brands in health and wellness.
Doc-Rx created the platform Apollo is built on: telehealth, partnerships with U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacies, U.S.-made peptides and health tracking, for licensed professional use.
Doc-Rx describes its service as HIPAA-protected telehealth: patients and clinicians meet securely online, licensed clinicians prescribe, and prescriptions go to FDA-registered pharmacy fulfillment and ship across the U.S. The platform also includes health tracking, and it is built for licensed professional use.
